We’re a Veteran Owned Small Business located in Eastern Baltimore County, Maryland at the end of Dundee Creek in Middle River. The Farm dates to the late 1800s and carried the names Grabowski Farm and Jones and Grabowski Farm previously. Farm operations continue in the form of hay, poultry, and organic products (Firewood, Mulch, and Compost).
We started offering our services publicly in 2019 to provide a local resource to assist with projects that are typically too big for a landscape contractor and not well suited for the average tree company. Leveraging decades of maintaining large acreage and operating heavy equipment, we offer a fresh perspective on how to tackle the problems our residential and commercial clients face with their properties.
The service division, DF Land Service, allows us to keep Dundee Farm a part of the community when so many other farms become housing developments. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the community and surrounding areas, and look forward to being a part of your next project!

Dundee Farm is a Certified Maryland Veteran Owned Small Business. The owner, Evan, is the first person you’ll speak with and he will guide you through all stages of your project. Each member of our team brings strengths from diverse backgrounds from many industries, and is fueled by a passion for land transformation.
Setting the standard means leading by example. By definition, our work is home and property improvement. As both a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (#154838) and a Forest Product Operator (#11545). We provide the expertise and regulatory knowledge to guide our clients through permitting and the strict environmental laws of our region. As a licensed Maryland General Contractor, we bring a bench of subcontractors to provide our clients with a true one stop solution for all their land, property, and sitework needs.
We take compliance seriously – before, during, and after your project. We advise our clients on the laws which impact their project, and help them avoid costly decisions from contractors who advertise “No Permits Needed”. Our trucks display DOT and license numbers as required by law and our on and off road equipment goes through rigorous inspections to ensure us and those we share the road and jobsite with are safe.
